With "Change The Game Performance" online we're bringing innovation to digital training. The online market for training is over-saturated with cookie cutter programs for strength & conditioning, and nutrition. We believe online training should offer much more than just a "one size fits all" program for athletes. Often there is a lack of screening baseline movements and injury history prior to building out a program. It is paramount that you at least screen your ability to adequately perform a movement prior to loading it with weight. We give you the ability to do this with access to our educational videos for screening movement & tips on proper lifting technique. During the on-boarding process you'll have the opportunity to set specific goals and talk about previous injuries, so we know that you'll be training safely along the way. We offer customized nutrition and training programs for weightlifting athletes and runners. Monthly membership programs for general strength & conditioning, and our "Tactical Athlete Readiness" program for military and first responders. We'll continue to add specialized stand-alone programs for CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Runners, and more! All of our programs will include direct messaging access to our clinicians and coaches for real-time feedback. Why our program is different:
As with any sport, obstacle course races require a specific training regimen of its own to target specific goals and outcomes. This program is designed for anyone working towards races such as Spartan, OCR or Tough Mudder races. A general bodybuilding or hypertrophy program is not the answer to create the optimal program to ensure you are ready for any situation put in your path. This program is designed as a hybrid of strength, hypertrophy, injury prevention, conditioning, metabolic conditioning, power and endurance with the option of creating a 3-5 day/ week program to accommodate your fitness level. There is nothing random about the training regimen. We have created a periodized program working off of certain percentages to allow for recovery and avoiding over training.
